Rachelle, Owner/Stylist
Hi. My name is Rachelle Yarnell, owner of The Studio Salon Group. I am a small town girl with big city dreams and you’ll see these facets of me in the locations of my studios; two in the heart of Cleveland (Downtown and Ohio City), one in the suburbs (Strongsville), and another in the country (Garrettsville). I’ve been in the salon business since 2006 as an educator, stylist, and owner. I love my work and hopefully this is reflected in the experience you’ll have at any of The Studio locations.
I am equally passionate about both aspects of my career as Owner/Stylist. As a female business owner, I love the entrepreneurial adventure, honing my leadership skills, curating our guests' experience, and connecting with the larger community. As a stylist, I thrive on the creativity and relationships I have with each guest that walks through the salon doors. I am energized and inspired daily by both hats I wear!
Early in my career I was an Educator for Paul Mitchell Salons and this foundation of learning remains embedded in The Salon’s culture. We keep up with trends, understand our products, and embrace important movements in the industry such as sustainability. Learning goes hand in hand with listening, both to our guests and the world around us. We take it all in to create a welcoming, uplifting experience for our guests.

Elaina Tatro
STYLIST
Elaina is new to the industry after making a career change in 2022 to pursue her passion of doing hair. She is a creative and artistic person and her previous career wasn’t allowing her to tap into my full potential. Elaina’s favorite part of the industry is truly getting to connect with each guest and understand what they are looking for. I love being able to play a small part in making someone feel more beautiful and confident! Her favorite services are blonding and all things color. She will be preforming all hair services in both our Ohio City location and Strongsville location. She will also be performing nail services and lash extensions in Strongsville.

Sammy Hall
STYLIST
Sammy graduated from Polaris Career Center in May 2023. She chose the field of Cosmetology because she loves to help others feel and look their best. Sammy’s favorite services to perform are blonding, styling and cutting. She enjoys being a part of The Studio Salon team because of the team atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help one another which makes the salon a fun environment to work in. Sammy works in both our Strongsville and Downtown locations.

Erica Clark
STYLIST
Erica Clark is a second generation stylist. She has been working as a professional hair stylist for 17 years. For the past 3 years, she has been working at a barbershop perfecting her technique. She specializes in color and crochet dreadlocks. Erica has worked with many photographers, brides, and fashion designers. She is a reliable mother and business person. Erica will be behind the chair with us at Studio 3 on Saturdays!

ADVANCED ESTHETICIAN
After raising her children and taking care of her family, Crystal decided it was her time to dive into what she was truly passionate about. She has always had a passion for skin care & beauty and truly enjoys exceeding the expectations for every guest. Crystal’s skills range from small beauty care to advanced skin care. She continues to educate herself to stay on top of all things in the industry. She is living her dream in the Esthetics world and is excited to provide a customized experience to every guest.
